David has over 50 years’ insurance industry experience in Africa (43 years) and Canada (11 years) in both broking and underwriting.

 

David was a Director at Alexander Forbes and Group Risk Management Services from 1995-2006 and the Aon Global Client Network (AGCN) Manager for South Africa from 2006-2016, prior to joining Price Forbes as a Strategic Broker in 2016 and then Lockton in March 2021.

 

David has extensive account executive and client management experience across a wide range of industries including Mining, Rail, Ports & Terminals, Pipeline, Lumber, Food, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Logistics.

 

David brings pan-African risk knowledge to our clients and is particularly experienced in the South African and Mauritian captive space.
